| It is amazing to see my "girls" grow up so quickly! Click on any thumbnail to see a larger version of that photo. "Flame" (Kaylan's Flaming Obsession) Flame (aka Miss Red) is learning to follow a cookie up and over the agility dog walk (above). Look! She can even lay down on the dog walk, but going through the tire jump is lots more fun. First time through the weave poles she wasn't too sure what those guide wires were all about! Standing still isn't her most favorite thing to do, but she's learning to do momentary stacking for the breed ring. "Crystal" Kaylan's Crystal Persuasion We caught Crystal (aka Miss White) right in the middle of a yawn (above left), and she still looks a little groggy from her nap (center). But she certainly woke up to do the tire jump! Like her sister, Crystal thinks all the agility equipment is pretty darn fun! I must squeeze in Grandpa Tyler's latest brag: At the Bell Vernon Kennel Association's agility trials in Oak Harbor on September 15 & 16, Tyler qualified 3 out of 4 runs, earning two seconds and a fourth place. He's pictured above with Kluwe's big sister, Tessa, owned by Cathy Horrocks, who took home the BLUE ribbon. Tyler now has two legs toward his novice title and two legs toward his jumpers with weaves title. (My brag is that I my maiden voyage in my new travel trailer went off without a hitch (ha ha ha)...I even managed to back up to park!)
